Everyone goes gaga over Hrithik’s chiselled and well-toned body. He really deserves the title Greek God.
Hrithik had hired Kris Gethin as his trainer and later hired Marika Johansson as his nutrition expert. Hrithik’s diet plan included 100 gms of meat along with some healthy sources of carbohydrates. He switched to a normal diet plan after 2–3 weeks having foods such as seven egg whites, meatballs, pancakes, fish, yogurt and two slices of toast together with some supplements. He follows a strict workout regime under the supervision of his instructor. Barring Wednesday, he has a particular workout planned for every day of the week.
Tiger Shroff is Bollywood’s very own Taekwondo black belt after Akshay. Even after having a great physique, his flexibility is hasn’t lost while achieving such a great body.
He does some martial arts training or dance rehearsals in the morning. In the evening he does a lot of weight training. Tiger doesn’t skip his workout for a single day even after having a shoot. He works out for at least 2 hours every day. His diet changes according to the role he is playing. Sunday is his cheat day for sweet.
Just before Students of the Year, Alia started to be serious about her diet and weight. Now Alia loves to retain her perfect weight and non-muscular yet fit and healthy self.
She makes sure that she eats right and exercises regularly. Her diet revolves around low carbs and high protein. Alia practices yoga religiously along with exercise and healthy food. She does yoga to improve her flexibility and core strength. Dance is also a factor in Alia’s fitness mantra as she is regularly brushing up her ballet and kathak skills. She avoids any foods like carbohydrates, sugar, junk and oily foods. She makes it a point to drink lot of water and also maintains to have eight meals every day.
Akshay’s fitness journey started long before he entered Bollywood. Akshay is a black belt in Taekwondo. He acquired prowess in Muay Thai and martial arts in Thailand when he worked as a chef.
The actor believes that fitness needs to be realistic instead of having to build a huge body with biceps, triceps and six packs. He loves any sort of outdoor workout.
Proper diet is a must. He starts his day with a heavy breakfast of parathas, eggs and a milkshake or juice. His lunch menu is home-made daal-roti-chawal-sabzi. His day ends with a light meal of salad, soup and chicken. Akshay snacks on dry fruits if he is hungry in between meals as these are the perfect fillers and help curb many diseases. He occasionally has sweets on Sundays.
John believes fitness has three basic mantras: good routine, good sleep and good food.
John has heavy breakfast daily. It comprises of slices of toast with butter, six eggs whites, ten almonds and a glass of fruit juice and two cups of tea every day. In his afternoon meal, he takes fried vegetables, chapati prepared from wheat flour, spinach and yellow pulses. Before and after workouts, one should give fuel to their body adequately. Dinner should be very light for a sound sleep. After morning workout, John prefers to have light snacks and protein shakes. For dinner he eats corn, soups and other light vegetarian dishes.
John works out for 2–3 hours daily, on cardiovascular training along with body weight exercises. He focuses on his abs, arms and legs. He believes in performing hard work and staying fit.
